The good news and the bad.....

So the good news is I am two for two for my goals this week!

I went to the gym yesterday.  (Owwwww).  And I went to weight watchers today.

And that's where the bad news comes in.  My weight is the highest its ever been.  And that makes me feel pretty crummy.  Trying not to let it run my life.  I just have to make some small changes and get back into a healthier lifestyle.

So this is the problem with grandiose goals like an everyday blog.

On nights when I don't get home until 10:00 I really have nothing interesting to say.  Will have to work harder at having a couple of topics or drafts going to be able to put something out onto the airwaves that actually means something.

On a happier note I did get to go to the gym today.  Did the New Rules of Lifting for women workout number 1

- Squats
- Push ups
- Cable rows
- Step ups
- Prone Jackknife.

As a result I am very sore right now, and will be even more so tomorrow.  But here's to one day
at a time!
